How do I get started?

Call (626) 577- 0525 (Pasadena) or (909) 596- 0638 (La Verne) to schedule a convenient time for you and your family to try your first FREE "Private Lesson" with one of our certified Black Belt Instructors. You can also register for an appointment online using the contact us page. Please see the online registration form or contact the schools nearest you.

Why do I need to schedule an appointment?

This way, one of our certified Black Belt Instructors will set aside time to answer any questions or concerns you may have, give you and your family a personal tour of the school, discuss all the various martial arts programs, and give your family a FREE "Private Lesson".

What age do you start children?

Children can start training in the art of Kung-Fu as young as 3 years old.

Am I too old to start learning Kung-Fu or Tai-Chi?

No. In fact, we have students well into their 70's training in their respective martial arts programs. Regardless of your age, our professional instructors will help you feel great. It's an excellent way to learn how to protect yourself, while improving your overall health.

Will learning Kung-Fu help my child at school?

Yes, because Kung-Fu requires the development of concentration, discipline, and focus. These traits will also help students tremendously in their school studies.

Do many women train in your Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi Programs?

Yes. Our martial arts training programs have many women learning self-defense and getting in great shape. Many of the self-defense techniques taught are especially great for women as they rely on speed and accuracy as opposed to brute force.
